Lakeside 6855 WAL Description
The Lakeside 6855 WAL dining station can be used as a stationary, self-serve unit or as a mobile cart that can assist staff in serving patrons at tables. Its 99-inch-wide by 321⁄2-inch-deep by 38-inch-tall body is mounted on four recessed, 4-inch-diameter non-marking casters that provide smooth mobility and stabilization as two casters swivel and the other two are fixed. A recessed stainless steel base panel conceals the casters for a permanent, built-in appearance. To complement established decorative themes, the cabinet sports walnut laminate, while its top features stain-resistant, waterproof black laminate.
To accommodate food displays, the Lakeside 6855 WAL breakout dining station's top measures 95 inches wide by 301⁄2 inches deep. The two fold-down drop leaves positioned at both ends add display space, and their swing-out supports add the rigidity needed to hold heavy items. Its stainless steel railing encases three sides to reduce the chance of contents falling during transport. The cabinet's base includes an open, recessed dish storage area that accommodates plates and bowls for guest convenience. Additional items and supplies can be stored on the unit's other side, which features three recessed compartments, and for enhanced organization, the left and center compartments include adjustable laminated shelves.
