Beverage-Air SPED48HC-18M-4 Description
The Beverage-Air SPED48HC-18M-4 prep table is made of sturdy, easy-to-clean stainless steel. It is constructed of aluminum to resist corrosion, while the exterior back and bottom are made of strong galvanized steel. There are 18 sixth-size, polycarbonate pans designed for storing toppings, and they fit in the drawers as well as the top compartment. A locking mechanism on the drawer frames keeps the drawer from being accidentally pulled out of the cabinet. The white polyethylene cutting board can be removed to facilitate cleaning.
The Beverage-Air SPED48HC-18M-4 prep table uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant for cooling the cabinet interior. Forced air is recirculated under the pans, efficiently chilling the products and keeping them in the safe zone. The epoxy coating on the evaporator coil resists corrosion. Since the refrigeration system is rear mounted, air flows to and from the back.
