Beverage-Air SPED48HC-12C-4 Description
The Beverage-Air SPED48HC-12C-4 prep table holds 12 sixth-size pans in its convenient countertop opening. A 17-inch-deep cutting board is included for convenient food prep. Additional product and pans can be stored in the four drawers. The drawers have stainless steel frames and telescoping slides that lock to prevent them from being completely pulled out of the unit. An aluminum lining allows the interior to withstand heavy use and resist corrosion.
The refrigeration system in the Beverage-Air SPED48HC-12C-4 prep table is rear mounted, allowing it to be installed beside other equipment or walls. This system runs on eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Forced air from the evaporator is used to provide products with even, efficient cooling to maintain safe food temperatures. The evaporator coil is coated in corrosion-resistant epoxy to add lasting durability.
