Beverage-Air SPE48HC-12 Description
The Beverage-Air SPE48HC-12 prep table holds product in 12 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep polycarbonate pans. Recirculated, forced air flows under the pans to maintain cold temperatures, and they are recessed 2 inches to ensure product is in safe temperatures. A 10-inch-wide cutting board spans the length of the unit for a convenient prep space. Made of polyethylene, the cutting board is durable for commercial applications. Four wire shelves inside the cabinet accommodate a variety of products, and with an epoxy coating, they resist corrosion.
The interior has an aluminum liner for corrosion resistance, while the exterior is constructed of stainless and galvanized steel for constant, heavy use. Cold temperatures in the Beverage-Air SPE48HC-12 prep table are maintained with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Each interior section can be accessed with heavy-duty doors. Loading and unloading product is simple since the doors stay open past 120 degrees. With a self-closing design, the doors help keep cold air inside the cabinet.
