Beverage-Air RB72HC-1G Description
Great for large cold storage, the Beverage-Air RB72HC-1G three-section reach-in refrigerator has a 72-inch width. Its three sections each have a full-height glass door that self-closes to retain cold air. At a 120-degree angle, the doors stay open for product loading and unloading. The cabinet has LED lighting and uses nine adjustable, corrosion-resistant shelves.
Bottom mounted to stay away from rising heat in the kitchen, the refrigeration system in this Beverage-Air RB72HC-1G reach-in refrigerator operates near the floor; this can be an issue for operations that cook with a lot of flour and other dry ingredients that fall to the ground. The unit maintains temperatures between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit and has electronic controls for temperature adjustments.
