Beverage-Air DP119HC Description
To provide durability, the Beverage-Air DP119HC pizza prep table features an interior liner constructed of corrosion-resistant aluminum. It has a temperature holding range of 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and is equipped with snap-in door gaskets that effectively retain cold air. This unit is designed with four sections, each of which has two epoxy-coated shelves.
The Beverage-Air DP119HC refrigerated prep table utilizes environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and features a refrigerated pan rail. Ideal for everyday use in sandwich shops and pizzerias, it is equipped with a durable, removable polyethylene cutting board. For comfortable mobility, this unit is mounted on casters.
