Designed for use with the Comark C42F food thermometer, the Comark PX22L/C penetration probe has a temperature range between -40 and 302 degrees Fahrenheit to help reduce illness caused by undercooked meat. So it can stretch to the oven in the kitchen and into pans to accurately measure foods, the curly lead is 1 meter long.
