Comark KM28/P5 Description
The Comark KM28/P5 temperature tester kit includes a KM28B thermocouple type-K food thermometer, PK19M penetration probe, CRS/5 protective boot, and a soft carry case for organization and comfortable carrying. The thermometer has a battery life of 300 hours and features an automatic switch-off function to extend use in high-volume settings. The included probe is equipped with a 1-meter curled cable that resists tangling.
To ensure foods are cooked to safe, ideal temperatures, the Comark KM28/P5 kit's thermometer provides accurate readings within 2 degrees Fahrenheit. It's protected with a blue rubber boot that reduces the risk of damage from water, grease, or accidental drops, and to inhibit germ growth and enhance sanitation, the probe handle is treated with BioCote antimicrobial protection.
