Comark DT400Y Description
Great for a range of food temperature testing tasks, the Comark DT400Y thermometer is sized to fit in a chef’s pocket for deployment around the kitchen. Giving it the ability to check most heated food products, it has a reading range of -4 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. A data hold function saves thermometer readings for later use, and it can be cleaned in the dishmachine.
