Comark C42KIT Description
To prevent cross contamination between temperature tests, the Comark C42KIT digital thermocouple with probe is protected with the antimicrobial agent BioCote®. To determine food product temperatures, this unit uses a PT19L thin-tipped probe, and it reads temperatures within the range of -328 to 750 degrees Fahrenheit. Because it's waterproof, this unit can be used in steamy environments and liquid applications without damage.
