Cleveland KGL60T Description
A high-efficiency power burner heating system circulates heat through the Cleveland KGL60T steam kettle's two-thirds steam jacket, heating and recovering temperatures quickly to accommodate back-to-back applications. The solid-state temperature controls ensure temperatures are within a 1.8-degree-Fahrenheit temperature range for accuracy. It's equipped with a standard control panel that includes a dial with 1 to 10 temperature dial settings, a power on/off dial, an LED indicator light for the heat cycle, and an LED indicator for low water.
This Cleveland KGL60T steam kettle has a 60-gallon capacity and measures 49 3⁄8 inches wide by 47 1⁄4 inches deep by 48 1⁄8 inches high. Support legs secure the unit in place, and its flanged feet are adjustable for floor bolting. To simplify removal, operators can tilt the unit manually to remove product from the kettle's large pouring lip, which releases food quickly. Designed to withstand long-term use, it's made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, while its rolled rim resists damage from the tilting mechanism.
