Cleveland KGL60T Description
The Cleveland KGL-60-T tilting kettle doesn't require refilling as it's permanently filled with distilled water. Solid-state temperature controls enable adjustments from 145 to 260 degrees Fahrenheit, and the panel also includes a power switch and LED lights for the heat cycle and water level. Rust and corrosion resistant, it's made of stainless steel, which is durable enough to withstand long-term commercial use. With its two-thirds steam jacket design, it heats uniformly and eliminates hot and cold spots throughout product.
With a 60-gallon capacity, the Cleveland KGL-60-T steam kettle can be used to serve batches of soup, chili, and broth to individuals in banquet halls, institutions, and schools. For access to controls, the unit's pressure/vacuum gauge is mounted to the front. The legs are supported with adjustable, flanged feet that can be bolted down and repositioned for installation on uneven surfaces. Its manual tilting mechanism locks in place to facilitate product retrieval.
