Cleveland KGL60 Description
The Cleveland KGL-60 steam kettle's pressure/vacuum gauge is mounted to the front to streamline access. For continued use, it's filled permanently with sanitary, distilled water to create a two-thirds steam jacket. This unit has a 60-gallon capacity and provides uniform heating to prevent cold or hot spots in soup, chili, or broth. The heat cycle and water level are indicated with LED lights, and the temperature and low-water safety settings are adjustable using solid-state controls. Because this unit is stationary, it includes a 2-inch tangent draw-off valve for product retrieval.
With a drain strainer, the Cleveland KGL-60 stationary steam kettle can keep solid and liquid products separated. The cover is rotatable and spring assisted to streamline pouring and serving. With a stainless steel construction, this unit is durable and won't rust or corrode when exposed to high-volume applications. Flanged feet are positioned on the bottom of the unit and can be bolted down and adjusted for stability as well as installation on uneven surfaces.
