Cleveland KET6T Description
Great for heating small quantities of product, the Cleveland KET6T tilting kettle holds 6 gallons of product. To heat foods uniformly, its two-thirds steam jacket is self-contained, filled with treated water, and doesn't require venting or refilling. The solid-state temperature controls are adjustable between 145 and 260 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate a wide range of product, and for best results, the controls ensure temperatures are within a 1.8-degree-Fahrenheit variance.
To streamline removal, operators can pour product out of the Cleveland KET6T steam kettle's large pouring lip by tilting the unit. Its self-locking system reduces the risk of spills while minimizing operator effort. Designed for installation on a countertop, this unit measures 24 inches wide by 15 3⁄4 inches deep by 33 11⁄16 inches high. Its stainless steel construction resists rust and corrosion to withstand high-volume use.
