Cleveland KEL80 Description
The Cleveland KEL80 steam kettle measures 37 3⁄4 inches wide by 47 inches deep by 43 1⁄2 inches high and is mounted an on open tri-leg base with flanged feet. It's self-contained with a two-thirds steam jacket that's filled permanently with treated water; this eliminates the need to vent or refill it. This unit's 80-gallon capacity is ideal for large batches of soup, stew, pasta, broth, and more. Because it's stationary, operators can scoop out solid product and drain liquid through its draw-off valve.
For durability to withstand high-volume use, the Cleveland KEL80 stationary kettle is made of stainless steel that resists rust and corrosion. It also features a reinforced rolled rim and welded-in heating elements that prevent leaks. This unit includes a spring-assisted domed cover to preserve product temperatures and prevent contamination. Operators can use the temperature dial on the control panel to adjust the temperature from 145 to 260 degrees Fahrenheit.
