Cleveland KEL60TSH Description
Rugged and corrosion resistant, the Cleveland KEL60TSH tilting kettle is made of long-lasting stainless steel. It's mounted on an open tri-leg base with flanged feet and features a reinforced rolled rim for strength. To prevent tampering, its pressure gauge and pressure relief valve are rear mounted. Its 60-gallon capacity supports use in high-volume establishments that prepare pasta, soup, and stew in large batches.
The Cleveland KEL60TSH steam kettle's control panel is equipped with low-water and heat cycle LED indicators, a power switch, and a temperature dial; users can adjust the temperature from 145 to 260 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a full steam jacket that's filled permanently with treated water, so it doesn't need to be refilled or vented. This unit tilts manually and features a large pouring lip to reduce spills. Overall, it measures 48 1⁄2 inches wide by 48 inches deep by 35 inches high.
