Cleveland KEL60TSH Description
Rust resistant and easy to clean, the Cleveland KEL60TSH tilting kettle is made of stainless steel. It features a full steam jacket, and because it's self-contained, it doesn't require attachment to an external steam source. The jacket is filled permanently with treated water, so users don't have to refill or vent it. This unit's 60-gallon capacity can house bulk batches of soup, stew, pasta, and sauce. Overall, it measures 48 1⁄2 inches wide by 48 inches deep by 35 inches high.
The Cleveland KEL60TSH steam kettle features a control panel with a power switch, temperature dial, and LED heat cycle and low-water indicators. Because it tilts manually, operators have more control of pouring than they would with powered alternatives. To provide strength and reduce messes, it's designed with a reinforced rolled rim and a high-capacity pouring lip. This unit's pressure relief valve and pressure gauge are rear mounted to prevent tampering.
