Cleveland KEL60T Description
The Cleveland KEL60T tilting kettle features a two-thirds steam jacket that's permanently filled with treated water to eliminate the need for venting or refilling. It's mounted on an open tri-leg base with flanged feet and measures 45 inches wide by 411⁄4 inches deep by 421⁄2 inches high, overall. For strength, it's designed with a reinforced rolled rim, and its high-capacity rolled rim reduces spills. To grant users direct control of pouring action, this unit tilts manually.
To be a practical choice for high-traffic operations that make large batches of pasta, sauce, stew, and soup, the Cleveland KEL60T steam kettle has a 60-gallon capacity. Its heating elements are welded in to prevent leaking and its pressure gauge and relief valve are rear mounted to prohibit tampering. This unit's control panel features an on/off switch, a temperature dial, and LED heat cycle and low-water indicators. It's constructed of stainless steel to endure rigorous use in commercial settings.
