Cleveland KEL60T Description
The Cleveland KEL60T tilting kettle has a 60-gallon capacity that's ideal for operations that cook large batches of rice, pasta, stew, and soup. It cooks with a two-thirds steam jacket mechanism that doesn't burn product. It tilts manually to give users control of the pour and features a large pouring lip to reduce messes. Mounted on an open tri-leg base, it measures 45 inches wide by 411⁄4 inches deep by 421⁄2 inches high. For strength, it's designed with a reinforced rolled rim.
The Cleveland KEL60T steam kettle is constructed of stainless steel to endure rigorous use without rusting or corroding. To prevent leakage, its heating elements are welded in place. Its control panel is equipped with heat cycle and low-water indicators, a power switch, and a temperature dial with which operators can adjust the temperature between 145 and 260 degrees Fahrenheit. Due to the unit being self-contained, it doesn't need to be refilled or vented; it only needs to be connected to an electrical supply for operation.
