The Cleveland 21-CET-16 SteamCraft® Ultra 5 convection steamer has a two-piece compartment door design, enabling the exterior of the door to remain cool to the touch. Its free-floating inner door's reversible gasket provides an airtight seal, and the stainless steel slam and latch door mechanism keeps the unit secure. This steamer has 4-inch adjustable legs to keep it level. Producing high velocity convection steam without fans, the brass steam jets require little maintenance, and the main power on-and-off switch comes with automatic water fill.

This pressureless steamer's coved cooking compartment distributes heat evenly and can be cleaned quickly. Drainage is enhanced by the creased top and bottom, and dry steam is maintained by the cold water condenser behind the drain. The fully insulated cooking compartment supplies thermal efficiency. Its automatic, remote probe-type water-level control is separate from the generator, and the generator port is located on the top, both providing full access.

The Cleveland 21-CET-16 countertop convection steamer is equipped with stainless steel racks that are removable for cleaning. Constructed of 14-gauge stainless steel, its compartment door, cavity, and steam generator are durable and resistant to rust. Because the compartment door is hinged on the left, the controls are mounted on the right. This unit comes equipped with one 60-minute electro-mechanical timer and a switch for manual operation. Its large 5-gallon generator reservoir enhances steam cooking production, and the steam generator is fully insulated and rear mounted.
