For versatility, this TEMPSTAR VENTLESS (VER) TempStar® door-type dishmachine's ventless design eliminates the need for a hood because its energy-recovery system collects water vapor to heat incoming water. Its universal-style design enables field conversion from a straight-through unit to a corner unit and vice versa with a kit that isn't included. This 32-inch-wide by 30 7⁄8-inch-deep by 82-inch-high unit requires a singles connection for all utilities to simplify setup, and to endure rigorous use in fast-paced kitchens, this stainless steel unit resists rust, corrosion, wear, dents, and warps and can be wiped clean. So it doesn't wobble or rock during operation, it's fitted with adjustable feet that can be raised 1 1⁄8 inches.

With the help of the energy-recovery system, this Jackson TEMPSTAR VENTLESS (VER) high-temperature warewasher includes a built-in booster heater that raises 40-to-90-degree-Fahrenheit incoming water to 150 degrees Fahrenheit for wash cycles. To ensure proper sanitization during rinse cycles, the Sani-Sure™ mechanism increases water temperature to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. This automatic unit uses stainless steel nozzles for enhanced cleaning action, and staff can monitor operation with the included pressure regulator, high-limit thermostat, and low-water protection system. As cleaning requirements change with each load, operators can switch between normal, medium, heavy, or extra-heavy settings from the multi-cycle timer. The normal cycle can wash a rack in 87 seconds with 0.89 gallons of water per rack, or 41 racks per hour with 36.9 gallons of water.
