Because this Jackson TEMPSTAR VENTLESS (VER) TempStar® high-temp door-type dishmachine is ventless, it uses an energy-recovery system that uses water vapor to heat incoming water, eliminating the need for a hood. This system includes a built-in booster heater that raises incoming water 70 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure it reaches 150 degrees Fahrenheit for wash cycles, and its Sani-Sure™ feature reinforces a 180-degree-Fahrenheit final-rinse temperature for proper sanitization. To ensure dishes are washed and rinsed thoroughly, staff can use the multi-setting timer to initiate an extra-heavy, heavy, medium, or normal cycles. In a normal 87-second cycle, this unit cleans 41 racks in an hour with 36.9 gallons of water.

The Jackson TEMPSTAR VENTLESS (VER) door-type warewasher operates automatically with a pressure monitor for efficient water pressure regulation. While stainless steel nozzles maximize cleaning action, its stainless steel pump self-drains wash water each cycle. Its high-limit thermostat and low-water protection help minimize damage during cycles, and users can use a designated switch to start a delime cycle when hard water deposits accumulate.

A universal-style unit, this dishmachine can be field converted from a straight-through unit to a corner one and vice versa with a field conversion kit (sold separately). Because it doesn't require a hood and only requires a single-point connection for all utilities, installation is user friendly. This 32-inch-wide by 30 7⁄8-inch-deep by 82-inch-high unit boasts a 17 1⁄4-inch vertical clearance, a rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction, and adjustable feet that can be raised 1 1⁄8 inches on irregular flooring.
