The Jackson TEMPSTAR dishmachine is a door-type model with an 8-gallon wash tank and 2-gallon rinse tank. Its upper wash arm and lower counter-rotating wash arms ensure thorough coverage, while the large scrap basket traps solid food pieces. Because this machine is constructed of stainless steel, it's durable, rust resistant, and can be wiped clean. This unit washes as many as 63 racks per hour using 0.89 gallons of water per rack, and the Sani-Sure™ final rinse system ensures the wares come out thoroughly sanitized.

To accommodate various soil levels and time requirements, the Jackson TEMPSTAR door-type dishwasher features a multi-cycle timer with extra-heavy, heavy, medium, and normal options. For improved safety and performance, it has a high-limit thermostat as well as low-water protection. Its controls are top-mounted for accessibility, and its bullet feet are adjustable for rough or uneven flooring. To create a streamlined, organized look, this unit is designed with a front dress panel that conceals the machine's inner components.
