Jackson TEMPSTAR Description
For streamlined operation, the Jackson TEMPSTAR commercial dishwasher features accessible top-mounted controls, automatic tank fill, and door-actuated start functions. Its upper wash arm and lower counter-rotating wash arms thoroughly remove debris, while the large scrap basket traps solid food pieces. To accommodate various time requirements and soil levels, it features a multi-cycle timer with extra-heavy, heavy, medium, and normal options. This unit is built with a booster heater and Sani-Sure™ final rinse system to ensure proper sanitization.
The Jackson TEMPSTAR dishmachine is a door-type unit with an 8-gallon wash tank and 2-gallon rinse tank, and it measures 25 1⁄4 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 64 3⁄8 inches high overall. Using 0.89 gallons of water per rack, this machine can wash a maximum of 63 racks per hour. This unit is mounted on bullet feet that can be adjusted to account for uneven or bumpy flooring.
