San Jamar SCDGPC13 Description
The San Jamar SCDGPC13 Escali large digital portion control scale has four display options: wall, arm, detached, and attached. Its tare feature sets the weight back to zero when products are removed and subtracts the weight of the container so only product is weighed. To protect the interior components from spills, the display is fully sealed. This scale has a removable stainless steel platform that is easy to clean.
