The San Jamar SCDGM66 Escali digital scale has a capacity of 66 pounds and a digital display that provides the weight to the nearest 0.1 ounce. The weight can be kept on the screen after the items have been removed with the display hold. Its tare feature resets the weight to zero, so the weight of plates and containers can be subtracted when measuring product. To facilitate cleaning, the dual display is sealed. The San Jamar SCDGM66 Escali digital scale comes with four C batteries and saves energy by automatically shutting down when it is not in use.
