The San Jamar EZKHP88 EZ-Kleen™ hot pad is constructed of coated poly cotton, which cleans up quickly and firmly grips pans. It provides protection from steam and withstands heat as high as 450 degrees for 15 seconds at a time. A strap fits around the wrist, so the pad is comfortable to hold. A hanging loop stores the red pad in a sanitary manner.
