Each color can be designated for a specific food product to reduce the risk of cross contamination. Each board in the San Jamar CB1520QS Cut-N-Carry cutting board set is made with a corner hook for sanitary transportation and storage. They are constructed of copolymer blend plastic that maintains knives' sharp edges.
