San Jamar BDS4266 Description
The San Jamar BDS4266 Dome® stacker garnish center holds three 2-quart-deep trays and six 1⁄2-quart standard trays. These trays are interchangeable and can be chilled so that product stays cold. Their translucent, domed lids provide additional capacity and slide back for access to product. This unit is made of impact-resistant plastic and uses ice or EZ-Chill™ ice packs to keep items chilled.
