The San Jamar B4186L garnish tray has a plexiglass lid, protecting the stored product from contamination. Since the lid is transparent, garnishes are easy to see without opening the container. Made of stainless steel, the tray is durable and resistant to rusting. It holds product in six removable, 1-pint inserts.
