This unit features two steaming compartments, each capable of holding six 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch-deep pans for large-scale food preparation. Manual mechanical timer controls provide straightforward operation, while the connectionless design eliminates the need for water and drain hookups.
