The AccuTemp S64803D140DBL Steam'N'Hold™ boilerless convection steamer features two compartments, each capable of holding six 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch-deep pans. Mounted on a stand with casters, it provides mobility and adaptability for various kitchen environments. Its vacuum cooking technology ensures precise heat distribution, while manual mechanical timer controls enable straightforward operation. This unit measures 27 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 64 7⁄8 inches high.
