AccuTemp S62403D110DBL Description
The AccuTemp S62403D110DBL Steam'N'Hold™ boilerless convection steamer features vacuum cooking technology to optimize heat distribution. Each of its two compartments holds six 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch-deep pans for high-capacity food preparation. Manual mechanical timer controls enable precise cooking adjustments, while the connectionless design removes the need for water and drain hookups. For added convenience, the unit is mounted on a stand with casters.
