The Antunes VCT-2-9210955 contact toaster operates quickly with a 15-second toast time, and because of its dual-sided heating design, the platen accommodates bun crowns in the front and bun heels behind. Both halves can go in at the same time, increasing toasting capacity and speeding up the toasting process. As the buns move down the platen, the heat caramelizes the sugars in the bread, creating an even, firm surface on the unfinished side of the buns that prevents condiments and vegetables from making buns soggy. This Antunes VCT-2-9210955 vertical bun toaster is straightforward to use with digital controls and a digital temperature display.
