Antunes VCT-25-9200620 Description
The Antunes VCT-25-9200620 vertical toaster uses contact heat to toast buns, meaning buns come in direct contact with the heated platen. When the buns touch the platen, their surfaces caramelize, preventing condiments from ruining the structure of the bread. So buns can be placed in front and behind, this toaster has a double-sided platen, increasing the unit's production to 2,800 bun slices in an hour. Each bun takes 25 seconds to toast, and the compression system is adjustable to accommodate both the tops and bottoms of the buns. This Antunes VCT-25-9200620 contact toaster has a dial thermostat, which can be adjusted to suit different bread products.
