CookTek HTF-9500-WK18-1 Description
The CookTek HTF-9500-WK18-1 electric induction oven is an ideal addition to establishments that require large cookware such as woks as the single burner provides space without impeding other cookware. It measures 15 3⁄5 inches wide by 20 inches deep by 7 2⁄5 inches high. While the top is made of easy-to-clean glass ceramic, the base is made of stainless steel.
Operation of the CookTek HTF-9500-WK18-1 is done through the Helios touch display where temperature settings and power percentages can be manipulated and viewed. The microprocessor monitors the unit for issues with power supply and acts to prevent overheating. The pan detection and automatic shutoff features enhance operational safety, while integral air baffling and the grease filter prevent particle buildup within the unit.
