CookTek HTF-9500-FB35-1 Description
Featuring a countertop design, the CookTek HTF-9500-FB35-1 commercial induction cooktop is ideal for medium-volume locations or catering setups as it has two burners. With two separate heating zones, operators can hold, warm, and cook two different dishes as needed. Because it measures only 131/2 inches wide, its front to back configuration saves space on countertops.
The CookTek HTF-9500-FB35-1 induction cooktop detects when a pot is placed or removed and reacts accordingly, prompting it to start or shut off. Induction cooking works with a magnetic field just above the cooking surface; when a compatible pot or pan is placed on the cooktop, electrons in the cookware will vibrate, generating heat for cooking. This cooking method provides users with energy-efficient, safe, and precise heat. To protect the unit from abnormalities such as overheating, the microprocessor constantly monitors the system. Controlled via the touch display, the unit heats from 85 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
