CookTek 658601 B652-D Description
Because it doesn't operate with an open flame, the CookTek B652-D (658601) commercial induction range is quieter and more energy efficient than traditional heating options. It features a temperature range of 80 to 250 degrees Fahrenheit, and the unit stores up to 11 temperature options to program frequently used settings. Equipped with a lock feature, it protects temperatures from accidental adjustments. With automatic pan detection, energy is provided to the glass ceramic top upon pan placement.
The CookTek 658601 B652-D (658601) drop-in induction buffet warmer measures 15 inches wide by 15 inches deep by 3 3⁄4 inches high for placement in a countertop cutout. Durable for daily use, its aluminum housing resists corrosion, and its glass ceramic top is easy to wipe clean. A readout of the current temperature is provided on an LED display to enable precise monitoring, and if problems occur, a microprocessor checks vital components and self-diagnoses any issues.
