Turbo Air TST-48SD-18-N Description
The Turbo Air TST-48SD-18-N prep table operates from 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit and uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Digital controls help monitor the temperature of this heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant stainless steel unit. Pans in the top compartment are included with the unit and are cooled by a forced-air system. The insulated pan cover keeps ingredients protected from contaminants while the full-length cutting board supplies a place to assemble salads and sandwiches. Two stainless steel shelves provide the Turbo Air TST-48SD-18-N prep table with additional storage.
