Turbo Air TATG-24 Description
Featuring two burners that produce 44,000 BTUs per hour, the Turbo Air TATG-24 Radiance thermostat control griddle cooks several items simultaneously. By using LP gas that can convert into natural gas, the griddle includes two thermostats—one per burner—and two adjustable standing pilots for effective heating. The operator sets the temperature for best cooking results, and the gas-heated griddle increases cooking efficiency and recovery time while reducing gas usage. Because the cooking surface is 1 inch thick, it won’t warp with constant heating and reheating. Its 3⁄4-inch rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator at the back of the griddle keep the gas flow in check throughout use.
Upright on four 2-inch-tall stainless steel legs, the Turbo Air TATG-24 Radiance thermostat control griddle fits on countertops. Helping keep counters clean, its 4-inch-high backsplash and side splashes help contain oil and grease from splashing out. A 4-inch-wide front top ledge juts out for users to set plates and utensils. Constructed of stainless steel, the griddle endures kitchen climates, meaning it can withstand humidity and common accidents, such as scrapes.
