The Turbo Air TASP-18 Radiance heavy-duty stock pot range has one three-ring cast iron burner that is controlled with two on/off knobs and a cast iron grate that holds stock pots over the heat. In the cabinet's base, a shelf enables users to store pot holders and tongs, while a chef prepares stocks and soups on the range. To facilitate cleaning, this range has a grease pan that collects excess food particles and liquids. This stock pot range is lifted off floors by 6-inch legs, and its stainless steel construction can be wiped clean.
