Combining six open burners with a 24-inch griddle and two standard ovens, the Turbo Air TARG-6B24G Radiance restaurant range supports full-meal prep in fast-paced kitchens. This unit is suited for restaurants, hotels, and institutional kitchens where multiple cooklines are required. The 24-inch griddle on the right accommodates flat-top tasks such as burgers, eggs, and sandwiches, while the open burners handle soups, sauces, and boiling.
Each burner on the Turbo Air TARG-6B24G range features a 12-inch by 12-inch cast iron grate and individual pilot for manual control. A 3/4-inch-thick plate sits under the griddle to maintain even surface heat. Below, two ovens with stainless steel interiors offer baking and roasting functionality. Each oven includes one rack and two rack positions, and thermostatic controls maintain internal temperatures between 250 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit features stainless steel construction, a welded frame, and a lift-off high shelf mounted above the riser. A removable crumb tray sits beneath the burners, and the unit stands on 6-inch adjustable stainless legs.
