Review this product!
Despite the good reviews, here are a couple flaws
Directions for assembly and startup are poor. These pilots must be lit with a long matchstick, flame lighters can not snake through the holes and pilot lines. There is a space between the flat top and back splash that will allow grease to drip down and collect under the burners, an area extremely difficult to clean - This is not acceptable. Otherwise, it was received in good condition, seems to work well and is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes.
We appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're sorry to hear the assembly and startup instructions weren't clearer - that's certainly frustrating, especially when it comes to lighting pilots safely and easily. We also understand your concern about the gap between the flat top and backsplash. Areas that are difficult to clean can be a real issue in a busy kitchen, and we take that kind of feedback seriously. If you'd like to discuss this further or need assistance, please reach out to help@katom.com. We're happy to look into your concerns and see how we can help.
