Turbo Air TARG-24G2B Description
Designed for flexible cooking applications, the Turbo Air TARG-24G2B Radiance™ gas range includes a 24-inch thermostatic griddle on the left and two open burners on the right. Each 32,000 BTU burner is fitted with an individual pilot for ignition control, and the heavy-duty cast iron grates are divided into 12-inch sections to support stockpots and pans. A stainless steel crumb tray spans the full width beneath the cooking surface to capture debris. The front, sides, and back riser are made of stainless steel, and the riser includes a removable high shelf for added convenience.
The Turbo Air TARG-24G2B Radiance™ range features two standard ovens, each with a stainless steel-lined interior and a single oven rack. Rack positions are adjustable on two levels to accommodate varied baking needs. Both oven compartments use thermostatic controls with a range from 250 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The pull-out oven doors provide full access to the interior, while 6-inch adjustable legs offer height stability. A regulator is included to help manage gas pressure during operation.
