Turbo Air TAR-10 Description
Featuring 10 lift-off open burners, the Turbo Air TAR-10 Radiance gas range supports high-volume cooking operations using liquid propane. Each burner delivers 32,000 BTU and is individually controlled with a pilot light for quick ignition. The cooktop includes heavy-duty cast iron grates in 12-inch by 12-inch sections, designed to withstand repeated heat cycles and support heavy cookware. Beneath the burner section, a full-size pull-out crumb tray collects food particles and grease to support daily maintenance.
The Turbo Air TAR-10 range is fitted with two standard ovens, each with a fully wrapped stainless steel interior. One oven rack is included per cavity, and each supports two rack positions. The ovens are thermostatically controlled, with adjustable temperature ranges from 250 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Designed for long-term use, the unit rests on 6-in. adjustable stainless steel legs and includes a pressure regulator for consistent gas flow. The overall interior depth measures 263/10 inches.
