Heated by natural gas and propane, the Turbo Air TAMG-48 Radiance griddle is a versatile unit that can simultaneously cook several foods. Equipped with four burners—one for every 12-inch section of the ³⁄₄-inch-thick griddle—it is designed to produce 22,000 BTUs per hour for efficient heating and recovery. Each burner has an individual adjustable standing pilot to support heating needs, and the burners work together in cooking a high volume of the same type of food or different foods with separate cooking needs. The user can simply press the ergonomic, heat-resistant polyphenylene sulfide on/off knob to control the griddle.

The Turbo Air TAMG-48 Radiance griddle stays upright with support from its four 2-inch-high stainless steel legs, and the stainless steel structure further includes a 4-inch-high backsplash and tapered side splashes. Users can place plates and utensils on the 4-inch-wide front top ledge for added accessibility when plating foods. A rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator are located behind the griddle, ensuring connection and gas conversion if needed.
