Turbo Air PRO-26R-D2-N Description
Constructed of stainless steel, the Turbo Air PRO-28-2R-N reach-in refrigerator features a top-mounted self-contained refrigeration system and a self-cleaning condenser device that removes dust from the condenser daily. The one-section interior design includes a 25.41-cubic-foot capacity, one right-hinged solid half door with lock, and two drawers. Temperature is controlled through a digital system with LED display, self-diagnostic monitoring, early warning alarms, and automatic evaporator fan motor delays.
The Turbo Air PRO-28-2R-N reach-in refrigerator contains two stainless steel wire shelves and LED lighting to illuminate the interior. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and maintains a holding temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Foamed-in-place CFC-free polyurethane insulation retains cold air, while the built-in USB port stores raw temperature data. Drawer compartments accommodate two full-size pans, six 1/3-size pans, or twelve 1/6-size pans, up to 6 inches deep. The hot gas condensate system resists corrosion.
