Winston OF59C Description
The Winston OF59C electric fryer is 20 inches wide by 283/4 inches deep by 451/2 inches tall and features four adjustable legs for stability during frying. The unit is constructed of stainless steel for longevity, while the drain valve and oil collector simplify cleanup.
The Winston OF59C's cooking pot features a similar capacity to a six-vat model. It holds 75 pounds of cooking oil, which enables users to make 18-pounds of chicken, fish, or vegetables via open or pressure frying. The programmable channels feature eight channel buttons and eight programming buttons, so employees can pre-set eight separate cycles with preferred time and temperature ranges.
