Winston OF59C Description
The Winston OF59C electric fryer ships with a clamshell basket, two collector gaskets, a spatula, a drain hook, a Teflon® brush, a long collector, a heat plate, a displacer tool, and a plugging tool. It measures 20 inches wide by 28 3⁄5 inches deep by 45 1⁄2 inches high and is built with 1 1⁄2 inches of insulation. This unit is made of stainless steel and is mounted on four legs for stability.
This Winston floor model electric fryer's small capacity is comparable to a six-head fryer. The unit’s cookpot holds 75 pounds of oil and can support 18 pounds of product. The control panel at the front has 16 total buttons for channel and programming control. The channels represent different cycles and enable users to program temperature and time settings. A drain valve and corresponding oil collector simplify cleanup after use.
