Winston OF59C Description
The Winston OF59C electric fryer measures 20 inches wide by 28 3⁄5 inches deep by 45 1⁄2 inches high. A simple-to-reach control panel with 16 buttons simplifies operation; the top row features channel buttons with programming and control buttons on the bottom. Six total process options enable various cooking selections, such as fried chicken, poultry, seafood, and vegetables. This cookpot can make 18 pounds of food per cycle and holds 75 pounds of oil.
Winston OF59C floor model electric fryer's cookpot features a fill line for accurate measurements and heater coils to warm the oil. This cookpot's spatula and Teflon® brush clean cookpot, while a clamshell basket, two collector gaskets, a drain hook, a long collector, a heat plate, and a displacer tool are also included. This unit is made of stainless steel and features four legs to keep the unit stable during use.
